I'm an editor of the University of the Nation-Kona's paper and website.
I graduated from Sweet Home High school, then completed two associate degrees at Linn-Benton Community College in accounting and animal science.
After seven years of working in a bank, I underwent five months of training at University of the Nations.
Since then I worked in a women's shelter, a youth organization, and a children at risk ministry.
Currently I'm writing a novel about a teenager being the only severely hearing impaired person in her family, at school and in barrel racing competitions. I also edit a weekly paper and keep a news website updated daily.
I'll be posting about cochlear implants, as I just received my Auria HiRes 90K implant on Dec 7th and was activated on Jan 25, 2005 Favorite movies/tv shows: Lord of the Rings, Star Trek, Star Wars, Smallville and 24. Hobbies include: horseback riding, theme parks, camping.
